Check In Requirements & Hotel Polcies

All guests checking-in must provide a valid driver’s license or passport and a valid credit card. The name on the credit card must match the name on the reservation. If the name on the card does not match, a credit card authorization form must be completed and signed by the cardholder. A photocopy of the credit card along with the cardholder’s identification are required. 

Upon check-in, all guest credit cards will be authorized for an additional $100.00 over and above their reservation's room and tax charges. This authorization is held for incidental charges that may occur during the stay. Any unused funds that were held with the authorization will be released upon check-out. Most authorization holds are returned to the cardholder with 3-4 business days.

The hotel will only accept credit card payments for the first night's room and tax payment. Cash payment for additional nights are not refundable in cash. All cash refunds will be issued via check from the company's corporate office. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing.

Upon check-in, payment for the entire stay is due. Future reserved dates cannot be held without payment. If a guest wishes to extend their stay, payment for additional night(s) is due upon notification.

All guests must be at least 21 years of age or older.

The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason.

All advanced reservations require a deposit of the first night's room and tax. Reservations cannot be held without the first night's room and tax deposit.

Guests may not stay longer than 21 nights consecutively. After the 21st night, the guest must check out of the hotel, remove all personal belongings and stay elsewhere for at least 48 hours.

The hotel will not accept or cash any type of check, business or personal.

Keys to guest rooms will only be issued to registered guests. Replacement keys will only be issued to registered guests with valid photo identification.

The hotel offers onsite complimentary parking, based upon a first come first serve basis. The hotel accepts no responsibility for vehicle damage or loss of property while parked on hotel property. 

The hotel is not responsible for any vehicle damage or loss of property while parked in the surrounding area. The hotel is not responsible for parking tickets or towing fees while parked in the surrounding area. Please read street signs carefully and do not park in front of any painted curbs.
